The Nets pick up a great preseason win against the highly touted Milwaukee Bucks! Although key players like Khris Middleton and Wesley Matthews were out (the Nets are also missing a ton of key players), there’s still a lot to take away from this game.
The Brooklyn Nets absolutely put the CLAMPS on Giannis Antetokounmpo, courtesy of Ben Simmons. He really looks like he’s back on both ends of the floor. Generating amazing offense and making everyone else’s job easier.
KD is still the best player in the world in my eyes, and we’re going to see an MVP caliber season from not only him but also Kyrie Irving. Those two went off tonight in limited minutes. Claxton looked amazing, Royce looked great, Yuta was awesome, Sharpe was very active, and the list goes on. A great preseason win for the Nets!
