With deepest sorrow, the Camarines Sur National High School community mourns with the family and loved ones of Rafael and Regail Pino who passed away on April 8, 2023.
The siblings died of drowning during a beach outing in Barangay Dolo, San Jose, Camarines Sur on Black Saturday.
Rafael was supposed to graduate senior high school under the Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS) strand while Regail was a candidate for completion in junior high school under the Special Program in the Arts (SPA).
Rafael and Regail will always be remembered as kind and hardworking students; and their beautiful memories will forever be inscribed in the hearts of their friends, classmates, and teachers.
Let’s offer prayers for the eternal repose of their soul. May the bereaved family find strength and comfort in this painful and untimely loss.
