This is how the blot echo works. It’s why we use it. It’s not about winds. It’s about what’s going on down in the mantle and near subduction zones. Deep quakes signify two things. Movement of magma and tectonic movements in the subduction zone.
We know there are quakes always in these areas naturally but the deep blot echo quakes are what is important because a deep quake 4.0 or higher has to come up to the crust and let out that energy. So we use the deep quakes as a precursor to a bigger shallow quake.
That’s how it works. Claude Blot was successful at earthquake forecasting. So successful that they threw him in jail in England and said his work was false and pseudoscience. They called him crazy. That’s what they do to people who go up against them. They did it to Tesla too. Anyone who doesn’t believe in their science is evil and against them. That’s how it works.
