Fernando, founder of Pandoras Bayview Bar and Grill in Sorsogon City, was not only a Chef, but also a dedicated Mountaineer Enthusiast, Entrepreneur, Former Public Servant, and a dear friend to all.
He fought bravely in his battle for life, but despite the efforts of the dedicated medical team, his condition continued to worsen.
Fernando's presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Details regarding arrangements to honor his memory will be communicated in the coming days.
